My journey as a student Osteopath

I am currently on my 4th year of Osteopathy. My passion is to be able to help people find their health and achieve their best potential. I have been lucky enough to be able to help people rehabilitate their bodies through Pilates methods for many years. Pilates lead me to Yoga and mindfulness, which I found very helpful from both a physical and a mental perspective.  Osteopathy allows me to intervene and help whenever the patient is not able to. Through massage, articulation, manipulation, taping , muscle energy techniques and other techniques , the practitioner can solicit the body's natural self-healing processes and speed healing up thus helping to reduce pain and inflammation and increasing range of movement. Additional exercises can be given to the patient to help with recovery. Additionally, postural and care advice is given to empower the patient
